It has come to our attention that there is an error which is appearing for some users using the Android platform to view their digital course materials. When the user is trying to activate the eBookshelf app, they are successful, but then when they try to open their digital course material they receive the error message "Error Joining Accounts!"
Our development team is working on this issue as we speak. In the interim, there are two potential options for students:
1 - Some students have fixed the issue by simply de-activating and then re-activating their eBookshelf app. Please try this first.
2 - Some students have fixed the issue by uninstalling and then re-installing the eBookshelf app, re-activating the app, and then opening their product.
3 - If the above two options do not work, please open a support ticket with us. If you need to view your course materials immediately, we would suggest trying a different platform, such as Mac or PC, until this issue is resolved.
