help needed

Hi, i have purchased the code for cmis a few days ago and when i try and authorize my computer it wont let me and there is a message saying that the e-mail or password are incorrect.

The most common cause of the issue you're describing is that you haven't selected "Campus eBookstore" from the "eBook Vendor" list.  Once you choose that option, your credentials should work.


If you have already done that step, then I'd recommend that you reset your password here:
